Liverpool host Tottenham Hotspur in a league match scheduled for Anfield Stadium this evening.

The Reds currently sit two points above their opponents in the table and come into today’s  clash on the back of a 3-0 win away at Huddersfield on Tuesday.

As for Spurs, they also picked up a massive win on Wednesday night, with Christian Eriksen’s 11-second strike and a Phil Jones own goal giving them a 2-0 victory against Manchester United at Wembley.

The visiting team won 4-1 in the reverse fixture played at Wembley in October.
