New Ajax Capetown signing Tendai Ndoro says he can’t wait to get started again agagainst his former club Orlando Pirates and hopes to make an immediate impact in Saturday’s Nedbank Cup fixture.

Ndoro recently joined the Capetown team after a disappointing spell in Saudi Arabia rejoining his former Pirates coach Mushin Etugral at the the Urban Warriors.

With the two teams meeting again juat 2 weeks after Ajax Capetiwn beat Pirates 3-0 in a league encounter, Ndoro appears undeterred by the prospexts of meeting his former paymasters.

Ndoro told KickOff ahead of the clash: “The draw happened, Orlando Pirates was pulled out and I was hoping the next club to be drawn would be Ajax, and it was! I was very excited, and am really looking forward to the game.”

Ndoro says he’ll definitely use the inner knowledge of his ex-teammates to his advantage.

“It’s nice because I know them, and know how they play,” he says. “I will just hang around there in the box, as I know them and what they will do.”
