Dynamos players refuse to go to Nyanga

Dynamos players on Monday refused to travel to Nyanga for a one week camp in preparation for the weekend’s ZNA Charity shield clash against rivals CAPS United.

The Harare Giants struck a deal last week with the National Parks to have the Glamour Boys camp in the resort town, but the players refused to go until they are paid their outstanding salaries and bonuses.

A player who spoke on condition of anonymity said that the club was not being sincere in dealing with the plight of the players but appear in the media as if they are doing a lot about the players.

“Imagine the money that we won for finishing second to FC Platinum, from $60 000  we only got $300.  We are still owed two months salary plus other bonuses,” said the player.

Recently the club’s vice-chairman Solomon Sanyamandwe resigned citing poor working contains and differences within the executive.
