PSL bans Maglas Stadium

THE Premier Soccer League (PSL) has condemned Maglas Stadium, the home of Premiership side Shabanie Mine.

The league grounds committee has advised the Zvishavane based outfit to address the issues before the start of the 2018 soccer season in order to spearhead to renovate the facility ahead of the start of the season in March.

Issues that were raised are on the dilapidated toilets and changing rooms that need to be refurbished, having an anti-doping room, attending to the bumpy turf, and to renovate the security wall in some sections of the ground among a host of other issues.

With the club in dire financial distress it is unlikely that the club will do anything leaving them with an option of using FC Platinum’s Mandava Stadium for their home matches.
