Teenage Hadebe failed to make it into the squad that face Orlando Pirates this afternoon.

The Kaizer Chiefs defender was expected to make his Soweto Derby debut but did not pass the late fitness test after suffering an ankle injury two weeks ago which saw him missing Chiefs’ last game against Bloemfontein Celtic.

Meanwhile, teammate Willard Katsande is in the first eleven while Pirates’ Marshall Munetsi is on the bench.

Munetsi is also expected to feature in the derby for the first time.
