Liverpool’s Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah has been rewarded for his brilliant run in February with the EA Sports Player of the Month award, the Premier League announced on Friday, his second time receiving the accolade.
“The players make it easier and the coach also makes it easier for me,” Salah was quoted as saying on the English Premier League official website.
“It’s nice to win it again especially because it’s the Player of the Month of the Premier League so that’s something good.”
“I say always try to help reach the three points and to be in a better position.”
The 25-year-old forward helped Liverpool score six goals in a month, scoring four himself and dishing out two assists.
Salah was the first Egyptian to win the Player of the Month award in Premier League history when he won last November.
