CAPS United are still waiting for the reverse international clearances of Method Mwanjali and Oscar Machapa who were playing for clubs outside the country last season.
Mwanjali was at Tanzanian top-flight giants Simba Stars while Machapa turned out for AS Vita Club in DRC.
Club chief executive Cuthbert Chitima told The Herald that they have written several times to Machapa’s AS Vita Club without reply.
“Oscar Machapa is still waiting for his clearance so that he can start playing for us. But we are facing some challenges in that the team (AS Vita Club) seem not to be very comfortable using English,” said Chitima.
“On Mwanjali’s issue, we are waiting for him since he is the one who is supposed to come with his own clearance.”
The duo missed the opening fixture against Harare City and could be sidelined again when they clash Buluwayo City at Barbourfields on Sunday.
