CLPSL Preview: ZPC Kariba, Dynamos look for redemption

Bottom-placed ZPC Kariba will be looking to pick-up their first point of the season when they face an equally struggling Dynamos at Nyamhunga Stadium this afternoon.

Both teams are yet to taste a victory in this campaign with the Glamour Boys sitting just one place above their opponents.

The league ties between the two sides have been dominated by draws. The last meeting ended in a 1-1 draw. The Harare Giants have never won a match at Nyamhunga since the year ZPC Kariba got promotion into the top flight league.

Dembare Striker Christian Epoupa could return to action after his manager claimed that he has resumed training.

Elsewhere, a top of the table clash at Baobab will see leaders Ngezi Platinum Stars host Chicken Inn who are second in position. Madamburo remain the only team with a perfect record so far this season, and a win today will put them five points further ahead.

Ngezi have all players available for selection with the exception of Godknows Murwira who is doubtful ahead of the game following a freak accident on Monday. Qadr Amini is out for the rest of the season with a long-term injury.

Harare City welcome Bulawayo Chiefs at Rufaro Stadium in an early kick-off while Yadah lock horns with Triangle United at the National Sports Stadium.
