Desperate Lallana in S.A in bid to save World Cup dream

Adam Lallana is in South Africa in a bid to keep to his World Cup dream alive.

The England international is having specialist treatment on his injured hamstring at the Sports Science Institute in Cape Town.

Lallana, 29, has made just three starts for the Reds this season.

The ex-Southampton ace limped off against Crystal Palace last month on his long awaited comeback appearance.

That came after he had only just recovered from a torn thigh muscle at the beginning of the campaign.

It’s not the first time he has sought injury advice abroad this season.

Back in October he flew to Qatar to fix his crocked thigh.
