Antipas worried about team’s struggles

Chicken Inn’s recent struggles where they have failed to win in their last three outings have made coach Joel Antipas worried.

The Gamecocks’ last victory was at the beginning of the month when they beat Shabanie Mine 3-0 at Luveve. A winless run followed up which saw them drop to position five with 12 points.

They have an opportunity at hand to stop that run when they face Yadah FC at home this afternoon.

Speaking to Newsday, Antipas said: We have not picked maximum points in the last three games, so we have got to bounce back to our winning ways and fight with a big heart.

“But Yadah are just like any other team in the league, they have good players, and we have to give them respect.”

Meanwhile, the Bulawayo side welcomes back striker George Majika, who has been out of action after he sustained an injury against Shabanie Mine.
