Pasuwa not interested in Dynamos job

Kalisto Pasuwa has again ruled out a return to coach Dynamos after leaving the club in 2014.

Pasuwa who recently declared himself ready to bounce back into coaching after a year-long hiatus has been linked with the top post at the Glamour Boys following the departure of Lloyd Mutasa.

Mutasa was fired due to the team’s difficult start to the league season which saw them picking up two wins in ten matches.

In an interview with NewsDay, the 47-year-old gaffer has dismissed any speculation that he will consider the job anytime soon.

“I’m not coming back, not anytime soon,” said Pasuwa.

“There are a lot of things that need to be ironed out before I can make that decision. At the moment, I’m not available.”

The former national team coach says he still has memories of the way he was chucked out of the system the last time.

“I have chased away like I was nothing. There were no celebrations for what I had achieved with the club. Despite all I had done, I have chased away like some unwanted drunkard. It was that bad,” he added.

Meanwhile, Highlanders legend Rahman Gumbo is reportedly in talks with the Dynamos to take over the reigns.
