Highlanders coach Madinda Ndlovu says they needed a little bit of luck to overcome rivals Bulawayo City on Thursday as the match was difficult for them.
Bosso won the derby encounter 1-0 with Brian Banda scoring the solitary goal from a freekick in the 74th minute.
“It was a very difficult game because we were playing against the sons of Highlanders, who understand the culture of the club and what we are trying to do.
“I think we had better luck today when we utilised on the set-piece that came our way and got that goal.”
The result ended Tshilamoya’s four-game winless streak. They are back on the third position with 25 points.
Highlanders will face Chapungu at Barbourfields on Sunday in Match-day 14.
