Chiragwi delighted as Shabanie returns to winning ways

Shabanie Mine coach, Takesure Chiragwi was delighted with his team’s performance in their 2-1 win over Bulawayo Chiefs at Shabanie Mine in Zvishavane on Sunday.

Goals from David Temwanjira and Tinashe Mupumha ensured that the Bvaru outfit left the match with three vital points.

Speaking after the match, Chiragwi said it was important for his side to return to winning ways having lost to Harare City in midweek and loses to Bulawayo City and Chapungu in the previous weeks.

“As a coach I am happy that we have won, I have always said we are playing good football unfortunately we were failing to get maximum points.

“We have always played entertaining football but the unfortunate part was that we were not collecting maximum points, now we played well and also collected maximum points I am really happy.

“It has been long since we collected maximum points and I am happy for the boys as well as the fans for the victory,” said Chiragwi.
