Head-to-head: Zimbabwe vs Botswana

Zimbabwe and Botswana will be meeting for the 16th time when the two teams clash at the Peter Mokaba stadium in the quarter-finals of the COSAFA Cup.

The Zebras of Botswana have proven to be tough opponents for the Zimbabwe Warriors recently with Botswana winning 4 of their last five matches.

It will be second time the two teams meet this year with the Warriors seeking to revenge a 1-0 loss in the President’s Cup played on the 18th of April this year.

The Zebras were too strong for Mauritius, hammering the Indian Ocean islanders 6-0 in their final group game booking a date with Zimbabwe.

However Zimbabwe lead the head to head clashes of their neighbors with 8 wins while losing 5. Two matches have ended as draws.
