Preview: CLPSL Match-day 18

Dynamos will miss the services of their captain, Ocean Mushure when they get back to action this afternoon against Chicken Inn at Rufaro Stadium.

Mushure is demanding his outstanding monies and has appeared once at training ahead of today’s clash.

The Glamour Boys are looking to avoid a slump after picking up maximum points in their last two games. They currently sit in the 11th position with 20 points while their opponents are in the 5th place on 30 points.

The recent meeting between the two sides ended in 1-0 win for the Gamecocks, maintaining a slight dominance over their rivals. The Bulawayo side has won five times while Dembare managed four in their 15 league encounters since 2011.

Across the city, Highlanders lock horns with Black Rhinos at National Sports Stadium.

Bosso are boosted by the availability of midfielder Nigel Makumbe who was supposed to travel to South Africa for trials last week.

However, they will be without first-choice goalkeeper Ariel Sibanda who is serving a red card suspension.

Rhinos, meanwhile, finished the first half of the season on a high note, posting four wins and two draws in the last six games. But it was not the same story for their opponents who registered two wins, two draws and two losses.

The game will be screened live on ZTV.

Elsewhere, Shabanie Mine date Triangle United at Maglas while in Gweru, Chapungu entertain Bulawayo City.

Mutare City play against Yadah Vengere with Bulawayo Chiefs hosting Yadah at Luveve.
