Ronaldo completes Juventus move

Cristiano Ronaldo has completed his move to Serie A giants Juventus on a four-year deal until 30 June 2022.

The Portugal international ends his nine-year spell at Real Madrid where he became the club’s all-time top scorer with 451 goals in 438 games.

The Spanish giants issued a statement, confirming the departure of their star.

“Cristiano Ronaldo, has agreed to his transfer to Juventus F. C.

“Today Real Madrid wants to express its gratitude to a player who has proved to be the best in the world and who has marked one of the most brilliant times in the history of our club and world football,” reads the statement.

The 33-year-old won a total of 16 titles, including 4 European Cups, 3 of them consecutive and 4 in the last 5 seasons.

Juve also confirmed the signing of Ronaldo saying: “He’s called Cristiano Ronaldo and he’s now officially a Bianconero!

Juventus are delighted to announce that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has signed for the club on a four-year contract until 30 June 2022.”
