Bosso acquires new striker

Highlanders have agreed on terms to sign Tinashe Makanda to bolster their front line.

The former How Mine forward could make his debut this weekend against Herentals if the club manages to register him on time.

Bosso coach Madinda Ndlovu confirmed the signing at a Press conference held yesterday.

“I will safely say that we have agreed on terms with the player, and the only thing left is the paperwork,” said Madinda.

“He is a young, energetic boy who might give us what we are missing up front. If the paperwork is done, he will be available for Sunday.”

The gaffer also revealed they are assessing other strikers with hope to sign them in this current transfer window.

“We have invited a number of players to come and train with us, and we are still looking at them, the window is still open.”

The Bulawayo Giants have struggled to get goals in the recent games with Newman Sianchali failing to convert glorious chances on numerous occasions while Ozias Zibande’s form has declined.
