Sadiki returns to Harare, set to join Caps United

Takunda Sadiki is set to join Caps United after a forgettable six months at struggling Mutare City Rovers.

Sadiki is one of the senior players alongside Themba Ndlovu, Washington Pakamisa, Tafadzwa Dube to leave Rovers over non-payment of salaries and bonuses.

” I have been training with Caps United since leaving Mutare City and hoping to start playing soon as negotiations are going on well. I can’t divulge much, but things are looking good,” said Sadiki.

The striker who is the young brother to FC Platinum midfielder Ali, and former Warriors goalkeeper Tapuwa Kapini, was offloaded by Dynamos at the start of the 2018 season and joined Mutare City before things turned sour.
