Nichrut brace for Shabanie

Nichrut are hoping to bounce back from last weekend’s thrashing by Chicken Inn with a win against Shabanie Mine in a Midlands derby at Ascot stadium this afternoon.

Coach John Nyikadzino believes his team needs to utilise home advantage and climb up the ladder to avoid relegation.

“There is no room for error because we are in a precarious position. We can’t continue drop points at this stage, in as much as we respect Shabanie, we need to win this game at all costs,” said Nyikadzino.

Nichrut will be banking on the experience of new recruits Rodrick Mutuma, Washington Pakamisa and Themba Ndlovu who joined the Shurugwi based side during the mid-season transfer window.
