Ndiraya keeps pressure on Mapeza

Ngezi Platinum coach Tonderai Ndiraya was happy to reduce the gap with log leaders FC Platinum following a victory over Dynamos.

Madamburo who are recovering from a miserable four-match losing streak which saw them fall nine points behind FC Platinum are happy to have reduced the gap to only two points, capitalising on the later’s slump in form which has seen them fail to collect maximum points since the resumption of the second half of the season.

“Although I am not entirely satisfied with the way we played, I am pleased that we have managed to get the three points which have helped us reduce the gap between us and the leading team,” said Ndiraya.

“Getting a win against a team like Dynamos is not easy especially away from home. Thanks to the boys that we managed to do it.”

Kenneth Bulaji got the precious goal on the stroke of halftime which saw Ngezi Platinum move to just within two points of FC Platinum who were held to a goalless draw at home by Caps United.
