Yadah FC winger Leeroy Mavunga has joined Portuguese side Clube Desportivo Feirense.

The 19-year-old who withdrew from the national team squad that faced Congo Brazzaville last Sunday signed a four-year contract with the team after spending two weeks on trials. However, it’s still unknown whether the player will be sent to the junior ranks of the club for development or will play in the senior squad.

Feirense participate in the Primeira Liga, the top flight of Portuguese football.

Meanwhile, in 2017, Mavunga spent three weeks on trials with another Portugues side Benfica, but a deal failed to materialise.
