Billiat brace sinks Rusike’s Cape Town City

Zimbabwean international Khama Billiat struck a brace as Kaizer Chiefs claimed their first win of the ABSA Premiership by beating Cape Town City 4-1 at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Chiefs took the lead in the 12th minute when Siyabonga Ngezana headed in from a Willard Katsande assist.

Matthew Rusike levelled terms for Cape Town City with a header following a corner in the 25th minute. 

The two teams went into the break all square at one all.

Five minutes after the break Billiat restored the lead for Chiefs after connecting from Bernard Parkers cross.

Billiat then added registered his brace in the 79th minute before Philani Zulu made it four in added time.

Billiat picked up the ABSA Premiership Man of the match award following his display.
