Dynamos Needs Unity More Than Before: Dube

Dynamos utility player Phakamani Dube believes the club is at a critical stage where it needs unity of purpose from all stakeholders.

Dube who has been the best player at the Glamour Boys in the last few games says those involved with the side should for now cast away negativity and give their all to the club which is facing relegation for the first time since 2005.

“What is needed at the moment is to support each other, everyone involved with the club. As the players, we need to cover for each and the supporters rallying behind us. We are begging them to return to the stadium because some of them have lost heart and are staying away. We promise to do well in the remaining matches,” said Dube.

Dembare play Bulawayo Chiefs this afternoon after beating them 1-0 in the Chibuku Super Cup on Sunday.

Despite getting the win, Dynamos were far from convincing and once again spotlight will be on coach Lloyd Mutasa whose tenure has been subject of intense speculation with Kalisto Pasuwa touted as his replacement.
