Zim vs DRC: Preview, Team News, TV Info, Kick-off time

Zimbabwe will be hoping to maintain their unbeaten run in the 2019 Afcon Qualifiers when they host DRC in a Group G encounter.

The Warriors are seeking to reach the tournament’s finals for the second successive time, and a win today, coupled with a Liberia and Congo Brazzaville draw will see them through.

Coach Sunday Chidzambwa believes today’s match will be tough for his charges, despite winning in Kinshasa on Saturday.

“The match is not going to be easy for any of the two sides, having clashed recently. We are not going to stay back and let them attack us, we know they are going to come at us. But like what we did in Congo we are going to defend and attack. Like they say in football, attacking is the best form of defending,” said Chidzambwa.
