Nichrut appoint new coach

Nichrut have appointed Michael Ngore as their interim coach following the injury to coach John Nyikadzino.

Nyikadzino was involved in a road accident last month on his way to a league match against Harare City in Gweru.

According to Herald, club CEO Admire Hapazari confirmed that they have roped in Ngore to help the team avoid relegation with plans to engage the former ZIFA High-Performance Committee member on a full-time basis as an assistant to Nyikadzino.

“Yes that is very true, Ngore is now our coach and has started training with the team,” said Hapazari.

“Coach Nyikadzino is still injured and is likely to be out for the rest of the season. We have now agreed to have someone to come and help those who are already with the team.”

Meanwhile, Nichrut had settled for former Dynamos assistant coach Philemon Mutyakureva to take charge of the team, but the deal collapsed after they failed to agree on personal terms with the gaffer.
