Mangwiro fears pressure of playing CSC final at home

Triangle United coach Taurai Mangiro wants to win the Chibuku Super Cup final but thinks playing at Gibbo Stadium will put them under pressure.

The Sugar Boys will face defending champions Harare City on Saturday.

“Playing at home will put us under pressure, but we can maximise on that,” said Mangwiro.

“We don’t want the Cup to return to Harare, and we will work very hard as a team to ensure that it remains at Gibbo.”

Triangle United are playing in their first ever first final, but their coach was in charge of Harare City when they won the silverware for the first time in 2015.

United reached the last round after beating Dynamos 1-2 in the semi-final. They also thrashed Nichrut 5-1 and winning 4-2 on penalties over Shabanie Mine in the second and first round respectively.
