After guiding Triangle to the Chibuku Super Cup title, striker Lameck Nhamo is now looking ahead to a new chapter with FC Platinum in the African champions league.
Nhamo is one of the few acquisitions by Norman Mapeza and is relishing the prospects of the new challenge in Africa.
“In life, you need new challenges, and this is one, I have been yearning for it in my career, playing at the international stage,” said Nhamo.
“Of course, I helped Triangle get into the Confederation Cup, but I had already made up my mind to join FC Platinum. I hope that this is going to be a fruitful campaign for us and personally for me as a player.”
The stocky striker has been one of the star performers in the Castle Lager Premier League this season and is a strong contender to finish among the best players for the soccer stars of the year.
