FC Platinum face Congolese side AS Otoho this afternoon in the first leg of the first round encounter of the 2018/19 CAF Champions League season.

The Zimbabwe champions will have to put their frustrations aside after facing many inconveniences since arriving in the central African country on Wednesday. They are hoping to put one foot in the group stages with a positive result before finishing the job at home next week.

Kevin Moyo and Rahman Kutsanzira did not travel with the team due to injuries sustained before the preliminary round encounter against CNaPS of Madagascar.

Otoho, on the other hand, are looking to extend their three-match winning run across all competitions which has also seen them maintaining clean sheets.

The match will be played in Owando, 460km from Brazzaville and kick-off is at 4:30 pm Zimbabwean time.
