Zimbabwe will close the year outside Top 100 following the latest FIFA Ranking released on Thursday.

The Warriors moved one place up the ladder to number 114 with 1175 points. The team had made some improvement in the past months but slumped in November after they lost to Liberia in a match which could have sealed their qualification to Afcon finals.

Senegal remains the best-ranked nation on the continent with 1505 points while Belgium who have been crowned Team of the Year top the world chart with 1727 points.

World Cup winners France is this year’s ‘Best Mover’, having gained more points (165) since December 2017 than any other country. They are the second best team in the world.
