Dynamos targeting another Congolese player

Congolese defender Petit Diamo Onedika Katako is undergoing trials at Dynamos as coach Lloyd Chigowe looks to assemble a squad that can challenge for honours in the 2019 season.

Katako is a free agent after leaving Don Bosco at the end of last year. He once played along with Zimbabweans Carrington Gomba and Ali Sadiki at the DR Congo Super League outfit.

Should the defender impresses Chigowe and gets a contract, he will become the second Congolese player to join the Glamour Boys this year after Ngandu Mankala.

The 25-year old forward who grew up in Zimbabwe has played for lower division sides Ruwa Gunners, Prime Rangers and Green Fuel.

Edward Sadomba, Carlos Mavhurume and Hillary Bakacheza are the other new arrivals at the club so far.
