Ngezi Platinum Stars snap up Nigerian striker

Ngezi Platinum Stars have snapped up a Nigerian striker, Osie Miniru, according to The Herald.

Miniru joins the Mhondoro-based side from Southern Region Division One club Talen Vision.

Ngezi have also brought in former Mutare City winger Barnabas Mushunje, ZPC Munyati’s Bruno Mutigo and another Talen Vision player Tawanda Machaya.

The new arrivals will strengthen the squad after several key players left the club following the sacking of coach Tonderai Ndiraya towards the end of the 2018 season. These include Godknows Murwira who is now with FC Platinum while Clive Augusto, Donavan Bernard and Tichaona Chipunza moved to Chicken Inn.

Walter Mukanga is another player who left the Mhondoro-based team to join new boys Manica Diamonds.
