Kaizer Chiefs winger Khama Billiat believes he could still end the season on a high note and help his team get a strong finish.

The Zimbabwean has been blowing hot and cold and has failed to reach top form since joining the club in the pre-season from Mamelodi Sundowns.

In an interview, Billiat was optimistic that things could well still get better before the campaign wraps up.

“I’ve been happy, and there’s always room for improvement, but let’s wait until the end of the season, and we’ll see – maybe I’ll be more satisfied than ever before,” he said.

The team currently sits in the 7th position with 28 points after Match-day 20.

“I think everything happens for a reason, man. I’m sure there’s a positive in a situation like this. I can imagine even if we had all the points we could have won, maybe we weren’t going to work as hard until the end of the season,” added Billiat.
