Mushowani Stars coach Levison Selous has been named the Northern Region 2018 coach of the year at a function held in Kariba on Saturday.

Selous, who guided Mushowani into the Premier League last season after so many failed attempts, beat Harare City Cubs’ Shingirai Masukuta to the acc

Mushowani also dominated on the players’ awards with Clive Dzingai being voted the 2018 Northern Region soccer star of the year.

For winning the top prize, Dzingai got a brand new car while his teammate Evans Katema was the runner up. Vincent Nzombe of Banket scooped the golden boot award.
