Warriors kept waiting at local boutique

There was chaos at 4 May boutique in Harare where the Warriors team had gone to get their casual wear for the Congo match.

The boys were kept waiting at the shop for over an hour, and only got attended to after they started complaining of the delay.

The latest drama comes after a revelation that Zifa could fail to secure the new Umbro kit on time before the Sunday’s encounter. The association entered into a long-term deal with the English sportswear supplier last month and the national team were supposed to don the new label in the coming game.

The Warriors are currently in camp, preparing for the match at National Sports Stadium in Harare. All players named in the squad are now present except for Marvelous Nakamba who was dropped after sustaining an injury at his Club Brugge in Belgium.

England-based Tendayi Darikwa was the last join the team and attended yesterday’s session.
