Harare City release 2019 squad

Harare City have announced their squad for the 2019 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) season.

The Sunshine Boys brought in a couple of new faces that include former Dynamos captain Marshall Machazani, Walter Mukanga, Milton Ncube, Peter Moyo and Collins Mujuru.

Goalkeeper Ryan Harrison is no longer with the club after moving to England to pursue a coaching career while former captain Tendai Samanja retired from playing football at the end of last season. Malvin Gaki and Pritchard Mpelele also left Harare City ahead of the new season.

The players that have been retained from last season’s squad include goalkeeper Maxwell Nyamupanedengu, Raymond Uchena, Martin Vengesai, Ishmael Wadi, Tatenda Tumba, Kudakwashe Musharu and William Manondo.

Meanwhile, Harare City will play their first match of the campaign against reigning champions FC Platinum.
