Mangala returns but Dynamos suffer another injury blow

Dynamos will welcome back striker Ngandu Mangala but will miss the services of Cameroonian Ngahan Claude Junior when they travel to Bulawayo to face Chicken Inn on Saturday.

Mangala missed the previous round after sustaining a knock in the opening game of the season against Mushowani Stars where he netted a brace. The striker started training this week and will be available for selection.

Ngahan, however, will not be available as he picked an injury at training. The West African had missed the opening round as his immigration papers were not yet in order but made his league debut in 2-1 loss to Hwange.

Coach Lloyd Chigowe confirmed the news to the Press on Thursday and has also revealed Emmanuel Jalai will need to pass a late fitness test ahead of the encounter.

“Mangala is back, Junior out. We are not sure about Jalayi, but Junior is out, he failed to last the distance in training, so the doctors have advised us he cannot be used on Saturday,” Chigowe said.
