Highlanders have issued an update on their injured defender Mbongeni Ndlovu who was taken to the hospital during their Independence Cup victory over Dynamos on Thursday.
Ndlovu suffered a head injury in the second half and was immediately transferred to the Avenues Clinic in Harare. But following a medical examination, the full-back was discharged later in the evening.

Meanwhile, Highlanders got their goals from Bukhosi Sibanda and Tinashe Makanda in the second period. They won the match 2-0 to lift the Uhuru Cup for the eighth time.
