Highlanders defender Charlton Siamalonga will miss the Bulawayo Derby against Chicken Inn at Barbourfields Stadium on Saturday.

The centre-back is out due to an injury after he twisted his ankle during yesterday’s training.

Coach Madinda Ndlovu confirmed the development at a presser on Thursday.

“The team is in good shape after the game played last weekend, but we only have one new injury – Chalton Siamalonga. He twisted his ankle at training yesterday, so he will be out of this coming encounter,” the coach said.

Madinda also gave an update on Bhukhosi Ncube who picked a knock in the game against Triangle United in April.

“Bukhosi Ncube is still undergoing treatment with the doctors and will not be available for the better part of the first round of the season.

“But he is getting the treatment he is supposed to be getting,” added Madinda.
