Luphahla for Germany – Report

Joel Luphahla has received a lifeline after TelOne pledged to help him attain a UEFA-B Licence, reports The Herald.

The former Warriors winger was denied an opportunity to coach the team in the Premier Soccer League as he is not a holder of the mandatory CAF-A badge and was redeployed to the role of technical manager.

But following an invitation to attend the UEFA-B course from Germany-based sports development organisation, GeBe Education and Sports Foundation to all Zimbabwean coaches, TelOne have expressed their willingness to send Luphahla there.

The UEFA-B Licence badge can be used as an alternative to the CAF-A badge.

The training is scheduled for July 15-22 in Germany.
