The CAF Champions League final between Esperance of Tunisia and Morroco’s Wydad Casablanca is set to be replayed according to reports.
The final was marred by controversy with Esperance retaining the title in a dramatic fashion after Wydad refused to return to the field in protest of VAR not being implemented on Walid El Karti’s 58th-minute equaliser that was ruled out.
The final will likely take place at a neutral territory and after the upcoming African Cup of Nations (AFCON)
