China-based striker Nyasha Mushekwi has landed in Nigeria ahead of the friendly match this Saturday.

According to the Herald, the 31-year old flew straight to West Africa where he is waiting for the rest of the team that is expected to leave South Africa today.

Mushekwi who is a first team regular at Dalian Yifang in the Chinese Super League had last played for the Warriors at 2017 Afcon in Gabon due to a ban imposed on him and other players.

The suspension was lifted in September last year, and he could have featured in the last rounds of the qualifiers, but a hip injury kept him out.

Meanwhile, the encounter is scheduled for Stephen Keshi International Stadium in Asaba and kick-off time is at 6 pm CAT.
