Battle lines have been drawn at Babourfields Stadium as arch-rivals Highlanders and Dynamos clash in a blockbuster Castle Lager Premier Soccer match this afternoon.
Dubbed the ‘Battle of Zimbabwe’, the tie has the ingredients of a potential thriller, as both sides will be looking for not only maximum points but bragging rights too.
Madinda Ndlovu’s men have not had the best start to the season, with only two wins on the trot and are sitting just above the drop-zone.
With reports linking Ndlovu with a move to Botswana, he will be fully aware that a victory over DeMbare, which the Tshilamoya faithful craves so much, can be a remedy to their troubled season.
Tonderai Ndiraya’s charges will also be looking to repeat their heroics at Mandava, which saw them edge FC Platinum and they will be buoyed by the return to inspirational skipper Edward Sadomba and their foreign legion.
