Marvelous Nakamba is reportedly refusing to train with Club Brugge in order to force through a move to Aston Villa.

The Zimbabwean midfielder has been linked with the English Premier League side while German Bundesliga’s Koln and a host of Italian clubs are also in the picture.

According to Belgian media outlet Het Nieuwsblad, the 25-year-old was expected to start training with the team today following an extended break due to the Afcon campaign.

Nakamba, however, was not present and his handlers have already informed Club Brugge about the developments.

The Belgian side is reportedly willing to sell him but at the right market price and Villa’s £9m bid has been turned down.
