Chirambadare joins new club

Edmore Chirambadare has joined a new team after leaving Maccabi FC which plays in South Africa’s National First Division (NFD) at the end of the 2018/19 season.

The speedy winger is now a Royal Eagles player, according to IOL.

Eagles are also in the NFD and they missed promotion into ABSA Premiership last season when they failed in the play-offs.

The club’s spokesperson Sithembiso Hlongwane confirmed to the news  website about the signing on Monday.

“I can confirm that we’ve signed Chirambadare. He is now officially our player and we hope that he will add value with his wealth of experience,” said Hlongwane.

Early this year, Chirambadare signed for FC Platinum and trained for some days with the team but the move was reversed after it emerged that he was still under a contract with Maccabi FC.
