Edmore Sibanda joins Golden Arrows

Warriors goalkeeper Edmore ‘ZiKeeper’ Sibanda has joined South African ABSA Premiership side Golden Arrows.

The former CAPS United goalkeeper, who had an outstanding game against Egypt during AFCON and made numerous outstanding saves to deny the Pharaohs, joined the Steve Komphela-coached side on a 2-year deal.

His agent Nqobizita Mlilo confirmed the development.

“He has signed, two years,” Mlilo said according to Kick Off Magazine.

“He is over the moon. He will put all hands on deck. He will repay the chairlady Mato for the faith she has in him. The deal was easy. She was clear and determined that we reached a deal.

“The way she treated Eddie has been more than professional and motherly. It has been heartwarming dealing with her. Eddie is ready to work.” he added.
