The might be another addition in the Warriors squad for tomorrow’s World Cup qualifier against Somalia.

The squad is currently preparing for the decisive encounter in which they need to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg if they want to progress to the group stage of the qualifiers.

Coach Joey Antipas has since added ZPC Kariba’s Ian Nekati and South Africa-based midfielder Ovidy Karuru.

Karuru, along with other regular players, was overlooked in the squad that travelled to Djibouti for the first leg after the association allegedly accused them of spearheading revolt over money at AFCON.

In an update posted on Social Media, Zifa said: “Coach Joseph Antipas has called in for reinforcements (Ian Nekati and Ovidy Karuru).

“Another seasoned Warrior is expected to join camp later today.”
