The national team composed of locally-based players is currently in camp preparing for the second leg of the final round CHAN qualifier against Lesotho on Sunday.
The match will be played in Meseru and Zimbabwe carry a 3-1 lead from the first leg.
All 25 players named in the provisional selection are now present and they took part in their first training on Tuesday morning. The team is camped at Zifa Village in Mt Hampden.
“Preparations for our CHAN qualifier (sic) are underway,” posted Zifa on Twitter.
“The Warriors trained at the ZIFA Village in the morning. They will train again tomorrow before leaving on Thursday.
“Coach Antipas is excited that all 25 players are fit and eligible for selection in the final 18.”
If Zimbabwe manage to preserve their lead, they will book a place at next year’s CHAN finals in Ethiopia.
