Triangle United arrive in Mauritania for CAF Confed Cup clash

Zimbabwe’s representatives in the CAF Confederation Cup, Triangle United arrived in Mauritania on Friday afternoon ahead of their first leg clash against FC Nouadhibou in the play-offs round.

The match will be played on Sunday at the Stade Municipal in Nouadhibou.

United who are yet to concede a goal in the competition cruised past Tanzanian side Azam in the previous round while their oponents were relegated from the Champions League.

The second leg of the encounter is set for next weekend, and will probably be played at Barbourfields in Bulawayo where Triangle have been playing their home matches in the tournament.

The winner of the match will progress to the group stages.
