Warriors star Tendayi Darikwa has made some massive progress towards recovering from the career-threatening knee injury he suffered during pre-season.

The Nottingham Forest right back played for the Zimbabwe at the Africa Cup of Nations finals in Egypt this year but sustained the injury when he went back to Forest to prepare for the new season.

Today, the 27-year old posted a video on Instagram of him using a treadmill in the gym, which is remarkable progress considering how scary the injury was initially.
