FC Platinum midfielder Never Tigere has commented on moving to South Africa after helping his team win third successive league title on Saturday.
The 28-year old was once linked with a move to the ABSA Premiership ahead of the start of the 2019-20 season, but he remained at the Platinum Boys.
Speaking on Star FM after beating CAPS United 1-0 to win the league on the final day of the season, Tigere said:
“I don’t know what God has in store for me. If there is no team interested in me, I will remain here at FC Platinum next season.”
The midfielder is the only FC Platinum player on the list of 2019 Soccer Stars of the Year honoured at the PSL Awards held last week.
